Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Goes to College

Riding Academy.jpg

In an effort to attract and develop new riders, I was asked to find a solution to the question "how can Harley-Davidson activate on college campuses?" My solution was to develop a pilot program to prove that Harley-Davidson dealerships that offer Riding Academy can work with local colleges to offer Riding Academy as a credited course, along side other recreation classes.  This pilot was possible through my close cooperation with the H-D Riding academy team, Milwaukee Harley-Davidson, UW-Milwaukee, and many other cross functional teams. The resulting guidebook linked below has served as a way for dealerships around the U.S. to approach colleges in their areas to achieve similar results.
